Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our company\'s sister concern as a Finance Admin.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various financial functions within the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in financial software and tools.Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain financial records and documentation, including filing and organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage monthly invoicing processes, including the issuance, distribution, and follow-up on invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations by accurately preparing and filing VAT returns on a periodic basis.
Generate and issue receipts promptly upon the collection of funds, maintaining records of financial transactions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any inquiries or discrepancies related to invoices, VAT filings, or receipts, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
Strong proficiency in financial software and tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
