The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks including accounts and finance , employee data management, recruitment coordination, and compliance.
1. Financial Transactions:
- Process invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable.
2. Accounting:
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile accounts.
3. Budgeting:
- Assist in budget preparation.
- Monitor expenses.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Manage tax compliance.
5. Financial Reporting:
- Generate financial reports (balance sheet, P&L).
- Analyze financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:
- Manage office operations.
- Supervise administrative staff.
2. Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records.
- Assist in recruitment.
3. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Manage statutory registrations.
4. Travel and Logistics:
- Arrange travel.
- Coordinate meetings/events.
• 1+ years of Admin and Hr experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
