About the role: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Admin. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department while assisting with various financial tasks. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the finance department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for invoicing and payments.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations across departments.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documents.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team.
Candidate Profile:
Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
