Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow instructions of Foreman / Supervisors, and be ready to any work assigned in the Plant.

Understands the work instructions and procedures and execute the various positions in Production.

Able to understand filling machine working and manage changeovers / filling machine operations including automation

Able to understand and operate capping machine, induction sealing, ink jet printer, carton coder, carton erector and able to trouble shoot small problems.

Follow QHSE procedures and guidelines as issued.

Report any incident / hazard to immediate Supervisor.

Follow Evacuation Plan in case of emergency

Comply with QHSE Policy, rules & regulations and PPE requirements.

Always ensure vigilance and care during the operation time so that operation is error proof

Ability to read, write and distinguish and compare various product / packaging requirements on line and be ready to catch any mistakes when occurred due to suppliers' faults.

Able to read, write, speak, understand Hindi / basic English languages.

Maintain excellent housekeeping in respective work area.

Perform daily shut down operations.

Any other duties instructed by Management and commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
