We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Filipino Waitress to join our team in the food and beverage department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food and beverage service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Present menus to guests, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service. Monitor tables to anticipate guests' needs, refill drinks, and clear away used plates and utensils. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, seeking to resolve issues promptly. Process guest payments and provide accurate billing, ensuring correct transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring proper hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as required by the establishment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a waitress in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on providing high-quality service. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
