Job Description
Responsibilities: .Take food and beverage orders from guests. .Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items. .Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. .Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly. .Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. .Maintain a clean and organized dining area. .Process guest payments accurately. Experience: .Previous experience in a customer service role preferred .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .Attention to detail and ability to multitask .Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays .Food handler's certification a plus Please send your resume/CV
