Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in the office.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage external correspondence as needed.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring adequate availability of essential items.
Support the F&A team in organizing and maintaining documentation, records, and files in accordance with established procedure.
Help set up meeting rooms and arrange equipment for events.
Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support.
Work closely with other members of the F&A team to provide support and assistance as needed, contributing to a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments, making travel arrangements, and organizing logistics for meetings or events as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role required.
Understanding of office procedures and equipment required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively required.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Professional English capability required, both written and verbal required.
