Overview:
As a Field Technician , you will be essential in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of refrigeration systems across various environments, including restaurants, supermarkets, industrial plants, and residential buildings.


Responsibilities:
• Installation and Commissioning: Set up and start commercial and industrial refrigeration units, walk-in coolers, freezers, and multi air conditioning units;
• Maintenance Checks: Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are efficient and safe;
• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues such as leaks, faulty components, and electrical problems in refrigeration systems;
• Repairs and Replacements: Repair or replace defective parts like compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines;
• Testing and Adjustments: Test and adjust systems to meet performance and safety standards;
• Technical Support: Provide guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their refrigeration systems;
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards;
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work;
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the refrigeration industry;
• Collaboration: Work with other technicians and engineers to develop innovative solutions for improving system performance and efficiency.


Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in refrigeration;
• Education: Technical education in refrigeration (ITI / Diploma) for independent work on complex electrical and mechanical systems;
• Technical Knowledge: Willingness to continuously learn new technical skills as required in the field;
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers, supervisors, dispatchers, and colleagues;
• Time Management: Ability to complete tasks within specified timeframes, stay focused on targets, and work independently or as part of a team;
• Driver's License: Valid driving license;
• MS Office: Basic user knowledge.
