We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site installations and technical support to our clients, commissioning systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure systems. This role requires frequent travel across various offices and construction sites in the UAE, working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet their IT infrastructure needs. The IT Field Engineer will be expected to deliver timely, efficient and high-quality solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure and provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Set up and maintain computer systems, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors when necessary.
Respond promptly to project and service requests, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
Track and document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions for system performance improvements.
Perform hardware and software upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT support to continuously enhance skills.
Ensure adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, with a focus on field support in UAE.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA etc.) are desirable.
Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control or other ELV systems is a plus.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality support services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites across the UAE as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
