What You Will Do
To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers
To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed
To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports
To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.
To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.
To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders
To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits
To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.
What You Will Need
Required:
Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)
Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language
Min 1 year of relevant experience
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Computer skills / literacy
Preferred:
Basic IP Networking knowledge
Travel Percentage: 90%
