Job Purpose

• Works autonomously and on complex installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)

• Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) \xe2\x80\xa2 Handles customer comments, requests and complaints \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job \xe2\x80\xa2 Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company\'s Service Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides Project Support as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 May mentor or instruct less experienced team members and/or customers in and out of the field

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of experience in field service technician role \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read and understand drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform moderate complex calculations \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshooting \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures
