Team orientated, you'll have advanced electromechanical product training, including technical and operator training. As a good communicator, you'll be comfortable giving operator level training to end users.With cross-training on all our products, you'll be servicing them at customer sites across the UK. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects. You'll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment. On some projects you may be supervising colleagues. When not in the field, you'll be proving technical assistance, and liaising with customers.You'll also be expected to:
Meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
Document all inspections, maintenance and repair work, and review logs for open issues
Participates in Service sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs
Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements
You'll be working with customers and colleagues across different departments including management, technical resources, and sales and marketing. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours.QualificationsYou'll needxe2x80xa6You should have an Associate degree, ONC, HNC or equivalent experience, along with the aptitude to learn specialized software programs.
