You'll be cross-trained on our products and you'll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly.You'll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.Responsibilities:
Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required
Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work
Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers
Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements
You'll be working primarily with Trace and X-ray equipment, and work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours.QualificationsYou'll needxe2x80xa6You should have an Associate degree or a Trade Certification Level 3 Engineering qualification.Your experience should ideally include working in a related electrical or mechanical field service role.
