The Field Sales Representative role is to drive sales with the Food Services customers driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurant, Government, tenders, Catering, and Aviation).This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through building and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ... Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement. Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities through new customer acquisition and strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through retaining the existing customer base. Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines, and making effective use of internal information and databases. Analyze the performance KPI's throughout the year and reacts accordingly to achieve the year-end target. Drive sales with the Food Services customers focusing on out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Airlines, Government, and Tenders).
ARE YOU A FIT? 1 to 3 years of experience B2B Experience Commercially strong - with good analytical skills Hands on experience of sales function Must have excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion). Build internal & external wining relationships. Negotiations skills Kuwait driving License is a must Arabic & English fluency is a must
