Field Sales Manager
Job Brief :
We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Manager (Health Care including pharmacy) Business to grow our customer base, maintain client relations, and drive revenue.
As a Field Sales Manager you will manage and lead a team of salespeople, setting sales goals and targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a certain geographical area.
Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. Candidates should be able to lead a team of sales representatives, ensure team members are properly trained, and contribute to the development of the company's sales goals and strategies.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals (Regional knowledge is a plus)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Report on sales results to senior management
• Ensuring all sales operations are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the sales team has the tools and resources needed to perform effectively
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar sales role
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
