Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential customers within the assigned territory, focusing on furniture stores and interior design companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our premium decor products.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Represent Decor Souq professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
