The Role
Prospecting and Lead Generation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sectors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events. Relationship Management with Customer: \xe2\x80\xa2 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers and consultants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand clients\' needs and offer customized solutions using company products. Product Knowledge: \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the current product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and quality of company\'s product. Sales Targets: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and analyze sales performance, adapting strategies as needed for continuous improvement. Market Research: \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide valuable insights to the management team based on market research findings. • Proven experience in building materials sales & interior design sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of experience required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong customer relationship management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Building & Construction material is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility for occasional travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a UAE driving license
