Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team for a sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our meal delivery service to the office-going community. This role offers a base salary along with an attractive commission structure on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads within the office-going community.

Promote and sell our fully prepared meal delivery services through various channels (online, offline, social media, corporate partnerships, and word-of-mouth).

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and office employees to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Educate customers on the benefits of our meal services and address any inquiries or concerns.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional campaigns.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve product offerings.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Tagalog (compulsory)

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about food and customer engagement.

Experience in the F&B or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
