Job Summary: Brandsmedia is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales by visiting clients, promoting our advertising and printing services, and developing long-lasting relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Present and demonstrate the value of our advertising and printing services to prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the management. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations for potential clients. Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities. Stay updated on market trends and competitors. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, preferably in the advertising, printing, or related industries. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
