Job Title: Sales Engineer (Fire and Safety)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary Package: Starting from AED 3,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team, specializing in fire and safety products and services. The ideal candidate must meet all the mandatory criteria outlined below. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required, provided the candidate has relevant field experience in fire-related services or products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical and Service Support:

• Understand and promote fire safety products and services, ensuring they meet client needs.
• Conduct site visits to assess requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients, explaining product functionality and benefits.
• Stay updated on fire safety regulations and ensure solutions comply with standards.

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential clients in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical and sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to drive sales.

Reporting and Market Research:

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for management review.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to generate leads.

Mandatory Requirements (Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered):

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).
• Experience:
• Proven experience in fire safety services or fire safety-related products (mandatory).
• Sales experience is preferred but not required if field experience in fire safety is present.
• Driving License:
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Skills:
• Technical knowledge in fire safety systems and products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
