Job Description

Position: Field Recruiter for Bike Riders

Location : Dubai/Sharjah

Employment Type : Part-time

Reports To : Office HR Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Candidates: Identify and approach potential bike riders via social media, job fairs, community events, and direct field recruitment.
• Screen & Interview: Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Build Relationships: Network with local communities and organizations.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Reporting: Maintain recruitment records and update the Office HR Team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and excellent verbal skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Local Knowledge: Familiar with the local area and able to travel.

Preferred:

• Person with own vehicle.
• Networking: Established local network.
• Payment: Commission paid per rider.
