Job Description
:
1) Source Candidates: Identify and approach potential bike riders for a delivery service company.
2) Screen &Interview: Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
3) Build Relationships: Network with local communities and organizations.
4) Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Skills and Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years or more UAE experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach.
Communication:
Fluent in Hindi and Urdu with excellent verbal skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport.
•Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Local Knowledge: Familiar with the local area and able to travel.
•Networking: Established local network.
Salary: From 3,000 AED - 4,000 AED with commission plus STANDARD BENEFITS
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
