Job Description

Assess crop performance, soil health and pest management practices.
Researching and following different trials prepare short summary report.
Making study on different new crops about growing conditions.
Collect and record data on crop growth, soil conditions, pest scout, irrigation, planting and harvesting.
Assist in the development and implementation of crop management plans including planting, fertilizing, irrigation and harvesting schedules.
Up-to-date recordings of all collected and analyzed data.
Keep recording and updating Global Gap files. Preparing and make ready for Audit.
Follow up and update daily activities.
Making requests and following up with all agricultural materials like pesticides, fertilizers, and other agricultural inputs.
Monitoring daily workers performance and filling workers performance evaluation every six months.
Scheduling workers annual leaves and follow up with daily attendance sheets.
Preparing planting and other labels.
Updating nursery plants status daily
Work closely with the Agriculture Manager and other team members to coordinate the supply of farm inputs.
Assistance in agricultural reporting.
Collaborate with the procurement department for the supply of agricultural materials.

Qualifications: 1. BSc. Degree in agriculture of plant science Work Experience: - Experience in growing fruits and vegetables. - Experience: Excellent skills of MS excel words and power point - Good communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
