- Assess crop performance, soil health and pest management practices.
- Researching and following different trials prepare short summary report.
- Making study on different new crops about growing conditions.
- Collect and record data on crop growth, soil conditions, pest scout, irrigation, planting and harvesting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of crop management plans including planting, fertilizing, irrigation and harvesting schedules.
- Up-to-date recordings of all collected and analyzed data.
- Keep recording and updating Global Gap files. Preparing and make ready for Audit.
- Follow up and update daily activities.
- Making requests and following up with all agricultural materials like pesticides, fertilizers, and other agricultural inputs.
- Monitoring daily workers performance and filling workers performance evaluation every six months.
- Scheduling workers annual leaves and follow up with daily attendance sheets.
- Preparing planting and other labels.
- Updating nursery plants status daily
- Work closely with the Agriculture Manager and other team members to coordinate the supply of farm inputs.
- Assistance in agricultural reporting.
- Collaborate with the procurement department for the supply of agricultural materials.
- Agriculture Field Officer: 3 years (Required)
- Field Office Agriculture: 3 years (Required)
