For additional information, visitPOSITION OVERVIEWAs a Field Marketer, ( MMEA/UAE) you are responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, coaching and nurturing subordinates, analyzing statistical marketing research data. You are accountable for work closely with creative production agencies and market research firms for marketing campaigns and development of marketing plans. This role will provide opportunities to explore different areas of marketing (from Integrated Campaigns, Events, Awareness/Brand Building/Thought leadership, Social Media Activations, managing creative agencies, CRMs, campaign management, email campaign. You will be working with the PR & Communications agency on participation in marketing events, industry forums and conferences in the region, and the business development team on sales activities. You will work with the events agency to professionalize and deliver high quality events along with embrace digital tools and improve our processes.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESImplement the regional marketing plan in North UAE, Gulf & Emerging Markets (GEM) regionWork closely with senior leaders to deliver their strategic objectives, and profiling activitiesDeliver impactful and innovative campaigns across the region with a strong focus on digital content to resonate with our clientsCreate brand awareness to the white space accountsDeliver quality thought leadership thinking to clients, publications and collateral on business topics most relevant to them and support the brand positioningAn opportunity to showcase Thought LeadershipHelping the company in brand building in the security spaceMust have an integrated approach to Marketing Initiatives/Results DrivenProvide required domain prospects to sales leadership and continuous marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reportingDevelop in-depth customer and market knowledge. Communicate market needs and opportunitiesDevelop short and long-term strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysisExecute marketing strategies, programs, various strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unitAssist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needsProvide competitive intelligence to the field sales teams to counter competitive offers.Stay current on market standards, trends and practices and understand impact on Cyber security product line and businessLead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver project resultsAbility to sell value to CIO, able to sell in complex multiple customer scenario and able to showcase value preposition and sales expertise as applicableMust have growth oriented mindset and experience of working in the collaborative environmentCollaborative across various functions such as Sales, Technical, Channel, to ensure customer success at all levelTrack Record of marketing excellence and MQL and SQL quota over achievementProven record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to listen carefully and create a consultative environmentAbility to understand the technology and translate it into business needsAbility to network, create and build strong relationships senior executive relationshipsExcel in presenting business value proposition, solutions, and able to explain the benefits of complex technology in easy-to-understand business languageHigh on ethics and integrityEXPERIENCEMinimum 5-6 years of relevant Marketing Experience and preferably few years in Security Industry.Has experience drafting content and managing a calendar.Creative side - briefing agency for design.
