WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Braze is looking for a Dubai-based Field Marketing Lead to support the scaling of GCC go-to-market strategies with a focus on generating, accelerating and monitoring marketing sourced pipeline for the region. This role will regionalise global field marketing programs and develop new programs to drive new business acquisition for GCC. You will collaborate across the entire marketing team to build out brilliant experiences across both physical and digital properties for our prospects. This includes but not limited to creating and activating inbound marketing campaigns, event management, ABM, digital marketing and partner marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead the GCC Marketing strategy and ensure execution delivers demand generation goals
• Be a strategic partner to our regional and go-to-market teams, including Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success, on the development and execution of GCC field marketing strategy
• Work cross-functionally with the APAC regional marketing team to implement and expand marketing campaigns and processes
• Serve as the voice of the region with respect to regional nuances and differentiators to/from the field that will allow for a constant feedback loop to iterate and evolve demand generation programs
• Research, source, plan and execute in-person and online events (event logistics, audience prospecting, budget and on-site coordination)
• Monitor campaign performance and responsible for uploading and following up on leads and opportunities. Measure ROI through metrics analysis and reporting via SFDC/Tableau
• Manage the procurement process, develop and implement production schedules, maintain vendor relations and ensure quality control for all marketing and branding deliverables
WHO YOU ARE
• 5+ years experience in the areas of marketing, preferably in B2B
• High aptitude for looking at problems as opportunities, then working with others to create unique solutions to solve them
• Multi-channel marketing campaign experience and execution of marketing programs
• Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities, and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
• Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at all levels and functions of the organization and with sales and marketing teams
• Familiarity with tech and marketing communities; familiarity with SaaS business communities a plus
• Meticulous event management skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Arabic is a good to have, but not a must
• Strong familiarity with salesforce and other MarTech
