Key Criteria Required for the Role:

1.? ?Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Designer architect

2.? ?3 years minimum experience in Hospitality Design Sector working with leading Architectural Consultancies in Dubai as an FF&E Designer

3.? ?Excellent communication skills in English.

4.? ?Good understanding of operational requirements gained through exposure to premium hotel/ restaurant operators.

5.? ?Good product and technical knowledge of FF&E items.

6.? ?Good skills in space planning, color matching, and detailing.

7.? ?Knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers and products available locally in Dubai and internationally.

8.? ?Good interpersonal relations to enable positive and productive communication with Client and ascertain design goals required from initial briefing.

9.? ?Ability to lead overall design concept in conjunction with the Design Director.

10.? ?Awareness of importance of the programme and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

11.? ?Ability to work on several projects concurrently.

12.? ?Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

1.? ?Attending Client meetings from initial briefing onwards.

2.? ?Participate in development and maintenance of programme

3.? ?Preparation of conceptual design and master planning for initial concept presentation.

4.? ?Production of full FF&E presentation boards and finishes boards for Client presentation.

5.? ?Preparing sketch details and produce all CAD drawings.

6.? ?Participation in pre-qualification and approval of manufacturers and suppliers.

7.? ?Review of all manufacturers and suppliers shop drawings, finish and prototype samples.

8.? ?Coordination with appointed consultants and specialist sub-consultants.

9.? ?Good experience in fit out in Dubai

10.? ?Prepare detailed BOQ.

11.? ?Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

? ?Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.

? ?Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and furnishings.

? ?Supervise the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and accuracy.

? ?Prepare and deliver client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and digital presentations.

? ?Provide design solutions and recommendations to clients, addressing any concerns or adjustments.

? ?Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation.

? ?Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and project review sessions.

? ?Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during project execution.

? ?Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design architect

? ?Proven experience in interior design or architecture (3+ years preferred).

? ?Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

? ?Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

? ?Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
