Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support in preparing schedule and selecting FF&E and Artwork items for the project, working with the Senior FF&E designer and Sr. Interior designers progress through every stage of the design process.
• Working closely with the Senior FF&E designer, develop and prepare material finishes, ironmongery and sanitary ware specifications.
• Support in preparing and coordinating all FF&E documentation required for Tender stage.
• Work with the team to maintain the Material Library and keep it updated.
• Review samples, strike-offs, shop drawings, materials, etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent.
• Participate in project meetings, client work sessions, and design reviews as required.

Requirements:

• Experience working within commercial projects
• Minimum 3 years working experience in interior design, interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Creative, with a strong design flair and excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of product qualifications and sourcing, as well as global vendor and supplier contacts.
• Good sketching ability and proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat/Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and are familiar with specification documentation.
• BS Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Communication and presentation skills

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
