Good knowledge of the local FF&E market, vendors, suppliers, contractors
Strong knowledge of FF&E specifications and standards.
Present mood boards, finishes and material selection for high-end, luxury residential hospitality and commercial projects.
Implement designs, contracts and strategic decision reporting to the Business lead.
Identifying key account and partnership opportunities with new clients and building on existing substantial clients base
Developing and managing a strategic network to acquire new clients and business relations via cold-calling, networking, e-mails and marketing.
Performing background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends and creating customer insights
Anticipating risks and opportunities by channel
Working closely with the sales and business development team to help identifying leads
Prioritizing development plan in coordination with sales, marketing and sourcing team to maximize resources and sales potential so that project deliverables are cohesive and in line with the business goals and objectives
About You
Excellent negotiation, presentation skills, communications and interpersonal skills.
Should be very knowledgeable of how the industry operates from receiving a brief to the final execution.
Highly organized and committed to meeting deadlines.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies and sales conversions.
