Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Somewhere and Public. We are currently looking for an experienced FF&E procurement professional to join our Design team. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team, you will develop and implement the procurement strategies for FF&E items to support a range of projects and concepts. Some of the key requirements are as follows:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts and establish strong working relationships
• Collaborate with project teams to understand FF&E needs, specs and timelines
• Manage the full process from RFQ to delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, track orders and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of FF&E items
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions when neccessary

To be considered for this role you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. You will have proven experience with FF&E procurement, specifically within hospitality or construction/interior design. Excellent project management skills are essential.
