:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading events company seeking a highly skilled Festival Producer, who will be leading the programming and experience team from concept to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering high-impact events.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the programming and experience team throughout the entire event lifecycle, from pitch to post-event wrap-up.- Act as the primary liaison with internal teams (creative, production, operations) and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.- Present regular programming and experience updates to clients, including detailed status reports.- Train and oversee the programming and experience team, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.- Research and develop unique activations and entertainment that align with the event\'s target audience, including potential IP collaborations.- Curate and manage outreach programs, and establish selection criteria for partners and stakeholders.- Oversee budget management, licensing requirements, and branding approvals.- Develop and manage programming schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met.- Manage supplier and partnership relationships, and handle onsite management during events.- Work closely with the legal team to draft contracts and MOUs.- Prepare and deliver post-event reports, closing out all event-related activities.Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in organising and leading complex events.- Strong awareness of global trends and events, with an active social media presence.- Existing database of partners/stakeholders- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.Benefits- Attractive Salary + BenefitsIf you are an experienced Festival Producer looking for your next challenge, we encourage you to apply!
