Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including farmers, distributors, and agribusinesses.
• Must have strong sales and collection skills.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them select the right products and solutions for their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients about the benefits and features of our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to develop strategies for promoting new and existing products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
Agriculture crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.
Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
Requirements :
Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science/Fertilizer background.
Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing, is preferable.
8-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
