The Branding and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, coordinating sales activities, supporting and developing new clients, acquiring new business. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, who can enhance brand presence while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance market presence and visibility.
Manage social media, digital marketing, and content creation to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with designers and agencies to create marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
Organize and execute corporate events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the brand.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine branding strategies.
Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting them into customers.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer and sales data.
Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions and services.
Monitor sales performance metrics and reports, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Handle customer inquiries, provide pre-sales support, and follow up on leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with technical teams to provide solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in branding, sales coordination, or a similar role in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and branding strategies.
Experience with CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
Experience working in the UAE market with an understanding of local business dynamics.
