Job Summary:
Sunny Wellness and Medical Center is looking for a professional and experienced Female Waitress to join our in-house cafe team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to prepare a variety of coffee drinks, and a deep understanding of Arab clients' preferences and cultural nuances. The waitress will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors to the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and serve them in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Take and deliver customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and light snacks.
• Maintain knowledge of the cafe's menu and provide suggestions based on clients' preferences.
• Ensure familiarity with Arab clientele, their expectations, and cultural practices to provide personalized service.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe area, including tables, seating, and service counters.
• Handle cash and process payments, including maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Restock supplies and maintain cafe inventory (coffee beans, milk, cups, etc.).
• Resolve customer complaints and issues politely, escalating when necessary to management.
• Support in any additional tasks assigned by the Cafe Manager, including helping in basic food preparation or cafe organization.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waitress, barista, or in a customer service role within a cafe or restaurant.
• Skills: Must know how to prepare a variety of coffee beverages and serve customers professionally.
• Familiarity with the expectations of Arab clients and an understanding of how to create a welcoming atmosphere for them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Well-presented, professional, and approachable.
