Working Hours: Full-time position, 6 days a week, 8 hours per day (flexible and might change according to the company/work requirements).The Employee will undergo a probation period of 6 months.
Salary: Monthly gross salary of [AED 3500-4000] , including all allowances.

As a Visual Content Creator, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and engaging content in photos, videos, and graphic design according to the projects' nature and requirements. Your creative vision and technical skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, managing our social media platforms, and supporting event-related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various purposes, including events, advertising campaigns, social media content, website imagery, and promotional materials.
• Edit and retouch images and videos using industry-standard software to ensure a professional and consistent look.
• Develop creative concepts and ideas for photoshoots, videos, and graphic designs that align with the company's and clients' branding.
• Create visually engaging social media content, including reels, carousels, and stories, to increase audience engagement.
• Schedule, post, and monitor content on the company's social media accounts, ensuring alignment with the content calendar and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute designs for marketing campaigns, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of events, including capturing live content, setting up visuals, and coordinating with the team to meet event objectives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, models, stylists, and other team members to ensure successful photoshoots and projects.
• Maintain and organize photography, videography, and design equipment, ensuring they are properly cleaned, calibrated, and functioning optimally.
• Manage and organize digital files and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools for photography, videography, and social media, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all designs and content adhere to copyright and intellectual property laws.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your technical skills and creative vision.
• Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, visual storytelling, and social media trends.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
• A degree in Photography, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
