We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Female Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. If you have a love for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and experience working in the tourism industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel packages.
• Ensure that all client requests are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Handle bookings and payments for travel services, including ticketing, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
• Maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, packages, and industry changes to offer the best recommendations to clients.
• Manage and update client databases, ensuring all travel preferences and details are accurately recorded.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Female candidates only
• Previous experience as a travel agent or in a tourism agency is required.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel products, and services.
• Proficiency in booking systems and tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect trips.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
