• Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and assist in converting inquiries into potential sales.
• Maintain accurate client records and track interactions using CRM software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or real estate is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet performance goals.
• A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
