We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in both Hindi and English, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in tele sales or customer service. In this role, you will provide guidance to clients regarding immigration processes and assist them in navigating their immigration options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients over the phone to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Advise clients on visa options, documentation, and the overall immigration process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Assist clients in completing necessary forms and documentation for the immigration process.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with immigration laws, visa options, and policy changes.
• Record and update client information and interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in tele sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of immigration procedures is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
