iPANAC Accounting & Bookkeeping is a well-established firm specializing in accounting and bookkeeping services. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Female Telesales Executive with experience Accounting industry in the UAE market to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our accounting and bookkeeping services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct phone conversations and follow-up communications.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track communication and sales progress.
• Schedule appointments for the business development team with qualified leads.
• Provide detailed information about the company's services and answer any questions from prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
• Provide regular reports on telesales activities and results to the management team.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related role within the accounting and bookkeeping industry.
• Proven experience and familiarity with the UAE market.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
