Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Tele-Caller to join our team, focusing on the UK Real Estate Market. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and will work during UK business hours to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to our real estate initiatives in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential leads in the UK real estate market. Use provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.

Market Research: Stay informed about current trends in the UK market to provide valuable insights and tailor conversations to meet client needs.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects. Address inquiries, handle objections, and provide accurate information about real estate opportunities.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team to engage with qualified leads further.

Performance Tracking: Track and report on call metrics, lead conversion rates, and other relevant performance indicators. Aim to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure effective lead management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector. Experience targeting the UK market is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional tone. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work during UK business hours(2pm-9pm) from Dubai, which may involve late evening or night shifts.

Sales Skills: Strong sales aptitude with the ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and close leads effectively.
