The Female Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our real estate services, and generating interest in our property listings. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate services, property listings, and special offers.
• Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture interest and move them along the sales pipeline.
• Respond to inquiries about properties, schedule viewings, and provide general information to potential clients.
Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify leads from calling lists, ensuring they meet the company's criteria for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-quality leads and share relevant client information to facilitate successful closings.
Database Management:
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up with leads.
• Keep records of calls, including useful information gathered during conversations, and update the database as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging phone presence
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude and remain motivated to achieve calling targets
