• Unearthing Real Estate Aspirations:
• Conduct strategic outbound calls to a curated list of potential clients, fostering genuine connections through engaging conversation.
• Utilize keen questioning techniques to uncover client lifestyles, investment goals, and desired property features within Dubai's most prestigious neighborhoods.
• Identify clients with a genuine interest in our exclusive portfolio, becoming their trusted advisor in the exciting world of Dubai luxury living.
• Crafting Curated Collections:
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of our diverse luxury property offerings, including waterfront penthouses, exquisite villas, and prime commercial spaces with skyline views.
• Analyze client aspirations and meticulously curate personalized property selections that seamlessly match their lifestyle, investment goals, and location preferences.
• Craft captivating narratives that showcase the unique features and amenities of each property, highlighting their potential to elevate clients' lives in Dubai.
• The Art of the Match:
• Employ your persuasive charm and negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into enthusiastic property seekers.
• Address client concerns with professionalism and provide clear, informative answers to their questions about Dubai's luxury real estate landscape.

• Maintain meticulous records of call activity, lead details, and client interactions within our CRM system, ensuring smooth data flow and personalized client interactions.
• Analyze call data and report on performance metrics, contributing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making within the team.

Who We Seek:

• Minimum [1] Years of Telecaller Experience: A background in sales or customer service, with a passion for exceeding expectations, is a plus.
• The Gift of Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and engaging telephone presence. Arabic language fluency is a major advantage.
• Dubai's Luxury Property Guru: A strong understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate market, including current trends, prestigious locations, and diverse property types.
• A Matchmaker's Intuition: The ability to identify high-potential leads, understand client aspirations, and curate personalized property selections.
