As a Telecaller at S K R Properties, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and secure sales appointments. You will play a critical role in our growth and success by providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in speaking to potential customers.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office applications.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or related field is a plus.
