Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing leads, and providing information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain and promote our products/services to potential clients.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and provide timely updates to the sales team.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets as set by management.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience:

• Previous experience in telecalling or a customer service role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
