Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential and existing clients via phone calls to provide information about properties and services.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for property viewings.
• Manage and maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary support.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property listings, and other relevant information to assist clients effectively.
• Prepare reports on call activities and lead generation for management review.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
