:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer for the office of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies, establish relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.Key Responsibilities:
Advertise job openings across various platforms to attract top talent.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs.
Maintain and update recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
Perform administrative tasks and support ad hoc recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role, ideally within the hospitality sector
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
Prior experience in recruitment is required
Must be available in UAE
