Position Overview: As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality spa treatments and services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a tranquil environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone massages, and facials.
• Assess client needs and preferences to customize treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and wellness practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and sales.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and spa protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
