Our salon is seeking a dedicated and skilled FEMALE Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, foster a positive work environment, and ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer service, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and coach salon staff, creating a motivating and cohesive team.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Oversee salon supplies, maintaining stock levels and reordering as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure the salon meets cleanliness and hygiene standards required by law.
• Licensure Requirements: Monitor and ensure staff complete necessary continuing education for licensure.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve client concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Marketing: Promote the salon to attract new clients and build brand presence.
• Hands-On Service: Provide salon services to clients when needed.
