Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns requires thorough research into influential figures, competitors, and prevailing industry trends.
Plans and monitors the ongoing company presence on social media including Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp etc.
Responsible for managing social media platforms, overseeing content creation, and actively seeking out new avenues for engagement and personalized interactions.
Schedule daily or weekly social media posts across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and others.
Develop standalone social media campaigns that are in line with overarching marketing objectives.
Ensure all social media channels are consistently updated with pertinent and tailored content.
Execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and other PPC channels.
Enhance paid advertising campaigns through SEO techniques and other optimization tools.
Track SEO performance and web traffic metrics.
Utilize social media scheduling and analytical tools to monitor SEO, user engagement, and suggest content optimization strategies.
Develop, review, edit, and update content for websites, marketing materials, and related platforms.
Coordinate and oversee the creation of all digital content, including website content, blogs, press releases, podcasts, infographics, videos, and more.
Optimize content for both the website and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
Establish targets to elevate brand awareness and boost customer engagement.
Develop and track ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Generate reports utilizing internal data and Google Analytics to evaluate performance.
Evaluate the performance of digital marketing endeavors using a range of analytical tools for both web and applications.
Monitor website traffic flow and analyze user behavior.
Propose and execute new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Manage and moderate social media communities by engaging with social media posts.
Communicate with followers, address inquiries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Cultivate strategic relationships with industry professionals and influencers across various social media platforms to build a robust network. Previous collaborations are advantageous.
The ability to generate, capture, and produce diverse types of content, such as explanatory videos, advertisements, and property showcases, is essential.
Keep yourself informed about the latest advancements in technology and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience as Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Exceptional consulting, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in strategic content creation and outstanding writing abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on a fast-paced team.
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads Manager is required.
Thorough understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
Experience in producing social media and/or digital marketing reports and dashboards.
Preferred experience in creating TikTok videos.
Proficiency in Photoshop and other editing tools when necessary.
Arabic speaking skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Prior experience in the Beauty/Cosmetic industry is a plus.
