Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned client social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Create engaging and visually appealing content
• Develop engaging stories and posts that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Schedule and publish social media content according to a pre-approved calendar
• Track and analyze social media metrics using relevant tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics)
• Prepare bi-weekly reports for clients summarizing key metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Compile a comprehensive monthly report analyzing overall social media performance and campaign effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and audience engagement
• Assist the social media team with any other tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences in the UAE market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative and resourceful, with a knack for storytelling through video and text
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in social media analytics tools
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Bonus points:
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Knowledge of graphic design principles
