Job Description

Responsibilities:

Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision Participate in internal and consultant meetings Be wildly creative and push the boundaries! Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff Assists in marketing efforts and Request For Proposal responses
Qualifications :

Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently Working knowledge of AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, Sketchup, and 3DStudio are required Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, with 10 + years of relevant design experience Must be able to lead a team effort, and delegate work to all team members to enable them to work independently
